Why Do I Need To Join SCPA?
SCPA provides valuable resources and benefits to help your program grow and will also encourage other organizations to follow suit and develop their own programs, possibly modeled after yours. SCPA also provides a platform for your organization to network with others from across the country. SCPA is a strong and impactful congress of excellent clubs dedicated to working to serve our own communities and to inspire other soccer organizations to reach out further into their own communities. This good work will be more easily propagated by the messages that we can collectively provide and the lessons that we can collectively teach one another.

Where is SCPA Located?
At present, the office is in Williamsburg, Virginia, where two of our board members reside and where the Williamsburg Soccer Club, one of our founding clubs, is located.

Who Will The Members of SCPA Be?
Youth clubs would be the primary members, but colleges, high school and professional teams could also form these community partnership arrangements. If every well- organized soccer organization in this country would influence 500 underserved youth in their sphere of influence, children who are not exposed to soccer or interested in soccer, it could have a huge influence on the growth of the sport in the US, not to mention the positive influences on the lives of the children who would receive this excellent programming.

What Type of Activity Should My Community Partnership Conduct?
Each situation is unique, but existing SCPA members can provide good examples of programs and activities that work for them. Rather than start from scratch, the SCPA website will provide case studies, anecdotal records, program files and resources to help new members get started and create a synergy among existing programs.
