	Soccer Community Partnerships of America™ ("SCPA") is a non-stock Virginia corporation operating as a non-profit public charity. The principle purpose of our operations is to foster national amateur sports competition in the sport of youth soccer. We seek to create partnerships between existing soccer organizations and local community groups in order to bring the sport of soccer – and its emphasis on teamwork, tolerance, and discipline – to children most in need of positive life alternatives. SCPA, as a public charity, does not involve itself in commercial activities, nor does it seek to influence the commercial choices of its members or the public, generally.
